Yesterday, I went running for half an hour at the park. I got around 3 miles. The app automatically pauses when I get phone calls so the game paused for 2 times because my mom called to check up on me cause I sometimes get distracted with cats and stuff so she was making sure of where I was. I was proud because it took me 8 minutes for my first mile and it took me like 10 minutes 2weeks ago. I think I feel improvements when I am running because my breathing isn't so hardcore anymore and my legs don't get tired as easily. Im excited to see my improvements next week.

May 8 - Ultimate
The whole gym block went up to the upper field to either do baseball, soccer, or ultimate. I chose to play ultimate with Gaby and Yulia. We were all on the same team at first but we got split into different teams. I noticed when we begun that the people on the team were not really into the game and they were just standing around which made me some what discouraged. I decided to ask for my team mates names so we could call each other to pass to improve the game. I noticed after a while that some people had their hands in their pockets or holding a water bottle which made it obvious that they didn't really care about the game. At that point I didn't know what to do to improve out teams spirits. However, in the end, I had fun playing with the other people on our team like Gaby, Arjun, Nancy, Catherine and Miranda. :)
May 6 - Beep Test
On May 6, the gym block did the beep test. I wasnt really in the mood to do it because it wasnt raining outside so I was hoping to do something else outside and save the beep test until a rainy day. However, i set a goal to go atleast 9 this time and I ended up getting 9.6. I was proud because that was the highest ive gotten this year since ive been staying around 8.7 throughout the semester. May 4 - Running and Working Out
On May 4, I decided do the community run and i also downloaded an app called pump up to create a workout. I think my running has been improving over the weeks! I did really like the workout that the app made and I would be doing it often. Here are my results
