February 21 - Zombies, Run! (Recovery)
Today, I went to play zombies run again with Gaby around the school's lower field. I think it was more challenging than running around Goldstone because there were places where it was uphill and some where flat. I improved this time because my paces/min went up 9.2 paces. I also evaded 3 zombie mobs compared to 2 times last week. My stomach was hurting after my run but I felt fine after 20 minutes. I wasn't able to run 5 more minutes after the mission was over but I managed to run about 2-3 more minutes. I hope to get more paces/min the next time I play this!

February 11 - Insanity
I am so so so tired from insanity which the whole gym period did today. My legs felt like they were going to fall off! I think on a scale of 1-10 to see how hard I worked, I would give myself an 8 because i tried my best to not completely stop if an exercise was hard, but instead, just moderate it so I would be moving the whole time. I was not able to completely do this so I ended up stopping a little bit but I got right back into it after. I am proud of myself In the end because I was sweating soo much and I looked some what like a tomato :P here are some pictures and videos of me during insanity!

February 13 - Weight Room
On February 11, we had to pick a certain exercise routine and do it for the time we were in the weight room. I had so much trouble doing the Fat Belly Fat Burner workout because it was very tiring for my stomach. Next time, I am going to be doing it for the whole time because during the last bit of the exercises, I had to stop just because my legs were hurting a little bit. February 15 - Zombies Run!
Today I went for a run at the park using my favourite running app, Zombies run! It was so much fun running away from the zombies :D I felt like my pace was very good because I was able to finish the mission without stopping and sprint when I was supposed to. The next time I do this, I want to be able to run 5 more minutes more after the mission and get more steps per minute.

February 4 - Beep Test
On February 4, the whole gym period did the beep test. I did not feel
very good about the mark I finished at which was 8.5. I thought that I
would improve, but instead my mark decreased since the last time we did
it. However, I did improve on the exercises we had to do after the beep
test. Here are the videos of me doing push ups, plank, and the T test. I
think I need to make a good goal that I can stick with because this
time, I stopped because I got tired, not because I HAD to. I think I
also need to try to push myself until I can't run anymore because I
always just stop when I feel uncomfortable with the way I feel. I hope
to do this again soon and try to apply the things I want to improve on.

Community run
Today for fitness Friday, we did the community run! I like to choose to run with people I know that will motivate me so I made a goal to stick with that person the whole time. Half way during the run, I started feeling pain on my knees but I felt like my mind was making up excuses for me to stop but I tried to fight those thoughts out of my head and finally finished at the time of 20m10s. I am very proud of myself because I was able to keep on jogging the whole time. Overall, I think I set my pace very well!
Beep test!
On January 17, the whole gym period did the beep test. Before we started, we had to make a goal for ourselves, so I made my goal to make it to 9 in the beep test. I ended up getting 9.3 and I was very proud of myself. Gaby took a video of me doing pushups... I cant do much but I tried my best: ) and I also took a video of me doing the t test. Gabys t test footage also got mixed into mine (oops.)

Locomotion
On January 21st, my friends and I chose to do fitness over studying because I learned that when we have exams, it is better now to try and cram.. here's a video of us! I know that I worked my hardest because my body was sore the next day!
