Fitness Tuesday !
Today in gym class we did the beep test along with some fitness capabilities test. I didn't not see any change from the beginning of the year and now but I have reached 9.2 in the beep test once in the year. As for my other fitness tests such as body bridge or body press I have improved quite a bit. I am proud of what I was able to do in the beep test and will be looking forward to doing more next year. I think one thing I learned by doing the beep test was to know how to set my goals and keep going even if our mind tells us to stop. I found the little speech made by ms.phillips was helpful because she taught us that even if we feel discomfort, we still have to try and push our selves to our limits. Discomfort is different than pain so if your body is capable of doing it, you just have to convince your mind that you can do it. Overall, fitness days have changed my habits like keeping my pace or different ways to train yourself to be able to run longer.
