To start off the first day of fitness, all the classes did the beep test. I was suprised to get a 8.3 because I did not do much over the summer. I think my goal for the year would be to beat my personal best of 9.3. As for the other fitness activities such as sit and reach, body press, and the t test, I did not see any changes from the start of last year to this year. I am looking forward to improving my fitness during this year.
I took a photo a few minutes after the beep test to get evidence of my hard work and right after running, my face was sweaty and my cheeks were red.
