February 4 - Beep Test


On February 4, the whole gym period did the beep test. I did not feel very good about the mark I finished at which was 8.5. I thought that I would improve, but instead my mark decreased since the last time we did it. However, I did improve on the exercises we had to do after the beep test. Here are the videos of me doing push ups, plank, and the T test. I think I need to make a good goal that I can stick with because this time, I stopped because I got tired, not because I HAD to. I think I also need to try to push myself until I can't run anymore because I always just stop when I feel uncomfortable with the way I feel. I hope to do this again soon and try to apply the things I want to improve on.
