October 20 - Triple Threat

Man this workout was tough! I partnered up with Yulia, and Gaby!(we were seriously a triple threat)... my favorite one was the resistance just because the exercises make you feel the burn. I think I worked my hardest because I was already feeling myself getting sweaty and red by the third set haha. Here's an awkward video of us working out & an after workout selfie!

  1. Are you starting to notice that no matter we do for fitness if you decide to work hard they are all exhausting? They are different (like some are muscles and some cardio) but you can make yourself turn red and sweat in every single one! I am thankful for your willingness to bring it each day. Let's do our best to pass that to others too.
