Today in the weight room, we focused on working out the bicep femoral. Yulia and I decided to do a 100 Rep squats video! And we also used the leg curl machine. I was able to feel the burn in my legs while we were doing it. My favorite was the jump squats because they were fun to do! Here's a picture of my doing jump squats and the workout video.
So awesome. What other exercises did you find for biceps femoral? Squats and leg curls are two good ones but there loads more!
