On Friday, the gym block did our first beep test of the year. I was a bit nervous because I knew that I didn't do much running on the second half of summer. I ended up beating my best record of 9.10! Here are my results:
Beep test: 10.1
Vertical: 190
Jump: 230
Difference:40
Wall touch: 1 (LOL)
Push ups: 20
Balance boards:7 times in 30 seconds
Body bridge/Plank: 1 minute
T test: 12.43
I am overall surprised with the results and hope to improve as the gym days go by!
