December 12 - Fitness Friday!

On Friday, we went outside to do the community run and the last portion of the pond run. It felt so good to go running again, and I think I did the best I could. At first, I felt like my lungs were burning but once I controlled my breathing, it felt normal again. Going up the last hill was the toughest part to do, but I didn't stop running! The pond run wasn't too bad to do afterwards. Here's a screenshot of the data from NikeRun app & an after gym selfie!

  1. I love that you track your runs with the Nike app. Helps so much with pacing and helping you stay accountable. Easy for me to see your stats too. :)
